Before processing your event, our associates will need to confirm the event staff availability, rates and invoice.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and e-Checks.

*By submitting payment via our online gateway you agree to our processing of credit card fees terms: DidYouPay.com a Did You inc. processing service accepts all credit card payments for MyCateringStaff.com and CateringGuy.com, when paying by credit card, You agree to all charges for Staffing or Catering services. All charges are subject to an additional 4% credit card surcharge, this fee is charged by our credit card processing bank and is passed on to the consumer. We do not factor these fees into our staff rates. All Balances remaining on your invoice will be charged to your card on file, unless specified beforehand. All balances past due after the day of the event are subject to a daily interest rate of 3%.

Once your event is booked and a payment or deposit is accepted, you will have until 5 days prior to your event for cancellation for a full refund minus the credit card processing fees. If You cancel after this period of time you agree to forfeit your deposit, unless you re-book the staff within 30 days of cancellation. We do not guarantee any service unless payment has been made in full prior to event date. We require a minimum of 5 days to plan your event and assign the appropriate team members. Not all Team members are available and we will confirm our Staff prior to any commitments on behalf of MyCateringStaff.com. MyCateringStaff.com is a registered domain of Did You inc.
